Ways To Give

A gift to the Bay Cliff "Building for the Future" Campaign, now in its second phase of "Fulfiling the Dream", is an investment in children with disabilities.
Whether large or small, giving at all levels is welcome.

A unique part of the campaign is the variety of ways that you can give to the Campaign.

  • Direct Giving
A gift of cash to the campaign may be sent directly to Bay Cliff Health Camp, 310 W. Washington, Suite 208, Marquette, MI 49855. For your convenience, the Campaign offers electronic funds transfer and does accept Visa and Master Card. You may also give through our website by clicking on "Pledge to the Capital Campaign".  New guidelines concerning direct transer from IRA funds are in effect for 2006 and 2007!

  • Personal Property
Collections of value; art, jewelry, antiques, and other tangible personal property may make a practical gift to the Campaign.

  • Life Insurance
This option offers a relatively inexpensive way to make a substantial gift to the Campaign. You may choose to donate a policy you now own, assign the dividends as a gift, or purchase a new policy to ensure a large future gift.

  • Gift of Stock
Gifts of stock may also be directed to the Campaign. We have an established account through Well Fargo Bank and Northern Michigan Bank to facilitate the transfer of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities to the campaign. Please contact Ward Rantala (WFB) at (906) 228-1370 or Rich Ledy (NMB) at (906) 228-6088 for more information on this option.

  • Real Estate
Many individuals or companies have real estate for which they have no further use. A gift of real estate will be sold and the Campaign Fund increases with the proceeds.

  • Pledges
Commitments to the Campaign can be spread over several years and paid in annual or quarterly installments. Bay Cliff Health Camp will send payment reminders upon request. A pledge can make it easier for you to give as generously as possible to the campaign.

  • In-kind contributions
Contributions of labor, materials, or complete project coverage are another way that you can donate to the Campaign. This is a meaningful way to become involved and create a feeling of being a part of it all.

  • Recognition Opportunities
There are different recognition opportunities available. For general information refer to our Special Recognition and Sponsorship Opportunities page. If you would like more specific information regarding donor recognition, please contact Tim Bennett, Executive Director,
    at (906) 228-5770.

Gifts to the Bay Cliff Health Camp Campaign are 100% tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
