Ruth Oberman passed with peace and dignity on September 14, 2011. Ruth is survived by her children: Paul (Nancy), Marsha (Mac) LeFevre, Bill Oberman, Jeff (Kathy Conner); 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; her brother Dr. Albert (Roberta) Blaize; and her nieces and nephews. Ruth will be remembered for her fierce determination, community leadership, love of the arts and love of family. A private family interment was held on September 16 in Fort Lauderdale. Memorials are preferred to the donor's favorite charity. SHIVA, will take place Tuesday, September 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Roitenberg Assisted Living, 3610 Phillips Pkwy., St. Louis Park; and on Wednesday, September 21 at 7:00 p.m. at the home of Jeff Oberman and Kathy Conner, 1999 Lower St. Dennis Rd., St. Paul.
