Tyler was a camper at Bay Cliff in Unit V from 2004 to 2007. "Tyler brightened our days at Bay Cliff for four summers with his smiles, laughter and love of music. He touched the hearts of everyone he met, and he inspired us with his determination to live life to the fullest. Tyler's spirit will always be with us."

Kasin, Tyler Jon age 13, of St. Louis Park, peacefully in his sleep on July 9, 2007 at his favorite place, Bay Cliff Health Camp in Big Bay, Michigan. Preceded in death by great grandparents, Howard Ladwig, Lillie Kasin, Lyle and Dorothy Vanseth, Patsy Hildebrandt and George Carswell. Survived by mother, Tonja and stepfather, Jim Younger; father, Dan Kasin; brother, Zachary Kasin; sister, Zoe Younger; grandparents, Micheal and Nancy Carswell, Dennis and Linda Kasin; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends. Tyler had a smile that could light up a room and a personality to match. He charmed every person who got to know him - first to notice a new haircut, a pretty new dress, or the smallest detail and was always quick to compliment. Tyler loved music, school, being a member of the school choir, swimming, bowling league and skiing with the Courage Center group. He had graduated from the sixth grade at the Susan Lindgren School. Family would like to thank his many teachers, counselors, doctors, nurses, bus drivers, therapists, aids and caregivers who helped Tyler all through his life. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Courage Center Alpine Ski Club, 3915 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, MN 55422. Tyler was our sunshine! Interment Grand-View Cemetery. Funeral service 11:00 AM Saturday, with visitation one hour prior to the service, and also 5-8 PM Friday all at: Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel 952-920-3996 West 50th St. & Hwy 100
